British, Japanese and Vietnamese businesses form an alliance to create the largest Call Centre, BPO and technology business in Vietnam

Vietnam, Hanoi <18 March 2013>: Harvey Nash Vietnam and MOCAP Vietnam have signed an agreement for a partnership to build in-bound and out-bound Call Centre business in Vietnam, to promote software and business process outsourcing to the Japanese markets.

Harvey Nash Vietnam is a 100% owned subsidiary of Harvey Nash Group plc, a listed public company in the UK.
MOCAP is owned by Mitsui & Co (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. ( 100% owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.), MOSHI MOSHI HOTLINE, INC. and Smart Media Joint Stock Company.
Under the partnership Harvey Nash Vietnam will take a 15% stake in MOCAP Vietnam and transfer its call centre business to MOCAP Vietnam.

Harvey Nash Vietnam will bring 12 years of expertise in Software and Business process outsourcing whilst MOCAP Vietnam will bring the vast expertise of MOSHI MOSHI HOTLINE in-bound and out-bound call centre operations and business process outsourcing. MOCAP Vietnam's access to Japanese markets will enable the partnership to win new contracts and significantly grow the Vietnam based businesses. Harvey Nash who have over 44 worldwide offices will introduce international clients and provide software and technology services.
